Order process and Tracking
Here at UK ROAD AND RACE we like to keep things simple - we add as much info to the store as possible to keep your buying experience as simple as can be. If you have any questions please feel free to contact via email - please send one email we will reply. Sorry we dont have numerous staff sat at a desk, but we do also work remotely so can reply.
The order process is simple- if an item is marked as in stock it will be shipped the same or next working day - please note our opening hours.
Custom items such as Racefit exhausts have a waiting time that is displayed on each product listing and/or catagory.
Once an item is shipped tracking details will either be added automatically to the order page or added manually - in either case these tracking details are sent direct from both the store and the courier used. So no need to ask for these.
Once you receive the email, one of many ways to track your order is to enter your tracking number below to easily check on your delivery status.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in traby which ever courier used.
Post sale contact - please send any questions via email - no need to send repeated emails as we will reply as soon as possible.
