Order process and Tracking

Here at UK ROAD AND RACE we like to keep things simple - we add as much info to the store as possible to keep your buying experience as simple as can be. If you have any questions please feel free to contact via email - please send one email we will reply. Sorry we dont have numerous staff sat at a desk, but we do also work remotely so can reply.

The order process is simple - once an order is placed the stock is allocated to you the customer. We only use a next day delivery service for all mainland UK destinations. Once the item is shipped you will receive tracking and any other updates via both the chosen courier and the shop app (if subscribed).

The tracking details are also available from your order and account page.

Custom items such as Racefit exhausts have a waiting time of 10 to 14 working days.

Things to Keep in Mind:

Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and is in transit with which ever courier used.
