Order process and delivery
The order process is simple- if an item is marked as in stock it will be shipped the same or next working day - please note our opening hours.
Custom items such as Racefit exhausts have a waiting time that is displayed on each product listing and/or catagory.
Once an item is shipped tracking details will either be added automatically to the order page or added manually - in either case these tracking details are sent direct from both the store and the courier used. So no need to ask for these.

We do not except P.O. box deliveries at this time.
APO/FPO/AE - We are no longer able to accept orders shipping to Military addresses.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
UK ROAD AND RACE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour's, get in touch with us here with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can reship the order if it gets returned to us, but shipping will be at your own cost
